Mission Statement

This story is about the reality-distorting and isolating effects of emotional abuse. Our hope is that it will reach and resonate with those who have felt similarly isolated, as well as a wider audience.

How Could I Forget You? is about the questions we ask ourselves.

When a relationship is over, how do we figure out what truly happened between ourselves and our partner? Especially if our experience of them is dramatically different from that of the outside world's. "Do I remember this correctly? Is that what they said? Am I making it up, am I as crazy as they thought I was?"

Emily Sullivan (Writer, Actor, Producer) is an actor and writer living in New York City. She can be seen in Loneliness was a Pandemic opening at TheatreLab in November, 2024. She is a proud Indiana University alum and Wells Scholar. Favorite credits: Two Tickets to Mars (film, Austin Film Festival 2021), Medea (Medea), Three Sisters (Irina), Romeo and Juliet (Juliet), Henry V (Henry V), and Crumble (Lay Me Down, Justin Timberlake) (Mother). Sacha Voteau (Director) is a queer and trans artist dedicated to combining collaboration with artistic exploration. Utilizing their training in dramaturgy and directing, Sacha strives to foster a community of engagement and human-centered exploration with their fellow artists.

Will Ryan III (Director of Photography) is a 24-year-old director, cinematographer, and portrait photographer from Queens, New York. Ever since he was a kid he liked the idea of capturing life’s moments with a camera. As a creative, they have always made it a point to work with a client to craft their vision into reality. The visual field is one comprised of bending light and understanding how the human eye processes things. With that, you can craft almost an endless amount of visual experiences. That is what Will tries to achieve with each and every one of the projects he is a part of.

Audrey Roh (Producer) is a producer and assistant director who has worked on everything from commercials to features. She loves the collaborative spirit filmmaking requires and uses every project as an opportunity to hone her creative problem-solving skills. When not working on indie shorts, doing aerial yoga, or trying the most random new hobbies, she works as a producer’s assistant and still-photography coordinator on a series, which will soon stream on Peacock.
